Crafting keys will cost credit plus a regular Void Key form any mission. You can buy blueprints for all four keys using credits and craft them in the Foundry.
There are four different Dragon Keys in Warframe, each comes with a modifier that can affect your stats. Playing with a Squad of 4, each carrying a different key increases the chances of unlocking the room and getting a corrupted mod. The key can have modifier that can affect your game so build a Warframe that can manage the effects. You can buy or build a key and then add it in the consumable slot.
Dragon keys are required to unlock Orikin Derelict. If you can unlock the door you will get a Corrupted Mod.
